Description: North Spencer occupies an open field at the northern edge of Spencer, one of Zero Point’s most developed markets. Unlike the forested parcels that define much of the ZPTII portfolio, this site came without a clearing requirement — a practical advantage that streamlined construction considerably. The 1.9-megawatt array is projected to produce 2.46 million kilowatt-hours per year, adding capacity in a town where Zero Point has built a substantial generation presence over multiple project cycles.
