Driving Range Solar Array

Description: A former golf driving range in Lancaster — already cleared, already graded, already oriented toward open sky — turned out to be nearly ideal for solar development. Zero Point converted the defunct recreational facility into a 7-megawatt installation, one of the largest in the portfolio. The site’s prior use meant minimal land preparation, allowing construction to focus entirely on maximizing generation. Projected annual output: 8.86 million kilowatt-hours. CO2 offset data will be reported after the first full production year.
