ZP-67 Barton Acres Solar Array
Barton Acres Solar Array
Description: Phillipston is a small town, and Barton Acres represents a meaningful addition to the local renewable energy picture. Developed on a previously wooded site, the 1.4-megawatt array produces 1.83 million kilowatt-hours annually — slightly above the output of comparable-sized Zero Point installations due to favorable site orientation. The estimated annual offset of 1,500 tons of CO2 is equivalent to 153,000 gallons of gasoline never purchased at the pump.
