ZP-20 Boutilier Solar Array
Boutilier Solar Array
Description: At 4 megawatts DC, Boutilier is one of Zero Point’s larger ground-mounted installations and one of its more notable land reclamation projects. The site was a stalled residential subdivision — streets were laid, lots were cut, but homes were never built. Rather than let the land sit in limbo, Zero Point converted it into a utility-scale solar farm. Producing over 5 million kilowatt-hours annually, the array offsets approximately 4,180 tons of CO2 per year. That’s the carbon equivalent of 427,000 gallons of unburned gasoline
