ZP-166 Dighton
Dighton Solar Array
Description: The Dighton Solar Array was installed on an open field. Over the course of a year, the Dighton Solar Array is estimated to offset approximately 3,000 tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
To put that in perspective, 3,000 tons of CO2 is equivalent to the emissions created from:
- consuming 306,600 gallons of gasoline,
- burning 2.98 million pounds of coal; or,
- driving 6.7 million miles in an average passenger vehicle.
Project Info
