Pumpkin Patch Solar Array

Description: The Pumpkin Patch Solar Array was installed on an open field that previously grew pumpkins. Over the course of a year, the Pumkin Patch Solar Array is estimated to offset approximately 736 tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2).

To put that in perspective, 736 tons of CO2 is equivalent to the emissions created from:

  • consuming 75,000 gallons of gasoline,
  • burning 730,000 pounds of coal; or,
  • driving 1.64 million miles in an average passenger vehicle.
