Description: Unlike Zero Point’s ground-mount portfolio, the JRD Technology Center installation is a commercial rooftop system built to serve the facility directly. At 115 kilowatts, it’s sized for behind-the-meter impact — offset against the building’s own consumption rather than grid export. Zero Point’s designers optimized the layout against the facility’s actual load data to find the configuration that returns the most value per dollar invested, landing on a system that produces 144,000 kilowatt-hours per year.
