ZP-61 St. Joes
St. Joe’s Solar Array
Description: The St. Joe’s Solar Array was instead on an open field. Over the course of a year, the St. Joe’s Solar Array is estimated to offset approximately 1,430 tons of Carbon Dioxide (CO2).
To put that in perspective, 1,430 tons of CO2 is equivalent to the emissions created from:
- driving 3.18 million miles in an average passenger vehicle.
- consuming 146,000 gallons of gasoline,
- burning 1.42 million pounds of coal; or,
