ZP-4 Rutland Hardware Solar Array
Rutland Hardware Solar Array
Description: Multi-rooftop commercial installations present a problem most homeowners never face: every section of roof has a different pitch, angle, and shading profile, and output losses on one can drag down the others. At Rutland Plaza, Zero Point engineered around that. The system uses intelligent segmentation so that shading or reduced output on any single rooftop section doesn’t penalize the rest of the array. Each string operates independently, keeping total production at 103,500 kilowatt-hours per year — the maximum the site can realistically deliver.
