Sherin and Lodgen congratulates its client, GoVenture Capital Group, LLC, on the successful acquisition of twelve parcels of land near Franklin Street in Worcester in partnership with The Michaels Organization, a New Jersey based development firm, for $16.55 million.
The joint venture created by GoVenture Capital Group and The Michaels Organization acquired the land for the purpose of developing a five-story, 364-unit apartment building which will replace the industrial buildings currently at the site. The development’s features include solar-energy savings, an affordable housing component, and walking distance proximity to Worcester’s Union Station for tenants.
