Worcester developer proposes redevelopment of historic Taylor and Farley building

“Worcester’s GoVenture Capital Group is proposing to transform the former site of Taylor and Farley Organ Co. at 17 Hermon St. in Worcester’s Main South neighborhood into 36 apartments with 38 parking spaces, according to a public notice from the Worcester Planning Board.

Plans submitted to the City by Worcester architecture firm Benoit Design Group show a small part of the third floor on the east side of the building will be removed, leaving most of the building intact and redeveloped into apartments.”
